      Established in 2012 and conveniently located in Centretown, our 5500 sq/ft facility is fully equipped with a boxing ring, 20 Heavy Bags, Functional Fitness equipment, and 4500 sq/ft of matted training area. Our beautiful facility has a unique underground industrial feel, which is brought to life with the warmth and character of our welcoming vibe.
